ham and pea fettuccini

Ingredients

  • 1 box fettuccini noodles
  • 1 lb cooked ham deli meat cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 bag frozen peas
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 to 3 tsp jar garlic
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper or more to taste

Preparation

Step 1

cook fettuccini as directed drain

Step 2

in a pan add 2 tbsp. butter melt add garlic sauté for 1 minute add ham cook 2 to three minutes add bag of peas cover simmer til noodles are done

Step 3

place noodles in large bowl add remaining butter mix to coat noodles until butter is fully melted add sour cream ,parm and pepper combine til fully incorporated add ham mixture stir serve and enjoy

serve with garlic bread and a salad
