Fire Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasonings
- 2 chicken breasts
- Dash garlic powder
- Dash salt
- Dash pepper
- Angel hair pasta for two servings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Boil water. Put spaghetti sauce in small sauce pan over low to medium heat, cook until simmering. Add crushed red pepper, Italian seasonings, and hot sauce. Reduce heat. In skillet, add olive oil and chicken breasts over medium to high heat. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to both sides. Cook 4-6 minutes on each side. Add noodles to boiling water. Add ranch and Parmesan cheese to sauce, stir well. Pour sauce over chicken breasts, reducing heat to low. Serve over pasta.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
