Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1-2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 cups salsa
- 2-3 cups lettuce
- 3 or 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes (no juice)
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips for dipping

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning together in a bowl. Blend well. Spread in a 9 times 13 inch pan. Add salsa, spreading evenly over bottom mixture. Then add lettuce, onions, pepper, and tomatoes. Put cheese on last. Put in fridge until ready to use.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
