9 snacks you should eat before working out
Whether you work out in the morning or at night, it's common to feel a little hungry before doing sports. But it's hard to know what exactly you can eat that won't make you feel heavy and tired right before a workout.
First, you should always have a meal at least 3 hours before working out. Otherwise you risk being too weak and lacking the energy you need. If you have a well balanced meal, then you won't be hungry and will be full of energy. Hydration is also key, and ideally you should drink a bottle of water half an hour before working out, to avoid feeling bloated.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
