- 2 T Italian dressing mix
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 1/2 C oil
- 3/8 C water
- 1 t granulated garlic
- 1 t salt
- 1 lb chicken breasts cut into around 4" chunks

Mix all ingredients. Serve over chopped romaine lettuce

- 1 cup dry Mr Noodles with flavour packet ( any flavour, I like chicken)

A simple and tasty pasta for any occasion!
- This recipe is up to preference as far as measurements go. What you'll need is:
- *Rainbow Rotini Pasta
- *Frozen peas
- *Finely chopped onion
- *Finely chopped celery
- *Miracle Whip salad dressing
- *A small amount of mustard
- *Salt and pepper for taste
- *Chives and Parsley
- *You can also add tuna if you'd like, but I prefer it without.

- 1 lb cooked beets, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream fat free
- 4 tbs mayonnaise fat free
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 handful chopped fresh dill or parsley for garnish
- 1-2 scallions
- 1-2 dill pickles
