Need to satisfy your chocolate cake fetish but missing a key ingredient? Don't panic! These 25 baking swaps are here to save the day!

Milk

1 cup of milk can be replaced by 1 cup + 4 tablespoons powdered milk or 1/2 cup of evaporated milk + 1/2 cup water OR 1 cup almond, soy or rice milk. If you have none of the above, you could even replace the required quantity of milk with fruit juice.
