Pumpkin Gingerbread Biscotti
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 110g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 75g pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg...
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
