1. You have different ways of dealing with conflict
Some couples struggle to figure out how to express their anger within their relationship. After an argument, our minds are able to calm down and relax again, and both you and your partner get a sense of relief after opening up about your frustrations. However, it's not always easy to just admit what you're thinking and voice your feelings out loud. Some people's instinct is to bury those thoughts and stay silent, either because they don't want to hurt their partner or because they know they won't understand.
So if two people in a relationship have different approaches to working out their disagreements, this can become a serious problem.
