Video: HEAVILY PREGNANT woman teaches ZUMBA, 2 days before GIVING BIRTH!
Most women are advised to slow down and take it easy when pregnant. This woman did intense cardio and 90° back bends...
Houston-based Zumba instructor, Anna Marro, was heavily pregnant with her second child, but she didn't let that slow her down. She continued to teach classes 6 to 8 times per week, doing high-energy, hip-shaking, heart-thumping cardio all the way through her third trimester. She says that dancing helped her body bounce back quickly after giving birth —which comes as no surprise to anyone who's frantically sweat and panted their way through a Zumba class.
This video captures her 2 days before her scheduled delivery, shaking it hard and basically winning at life.
