RECALL: Cookie Mix Taken Off USA Shelves
(August 14, 2017) Products recalled due to undeclared allergens.
Madhava Natural Sweeteners of LONGMONT, CO is recalling its Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix because it may contain undeclared milk. The recall was initiated by Madhava Natural Sweeteners after it was discovered that one ingredient in the chocolate chips may include a milk product.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. Symptoms of a milk allergy can include wheezing, vomiting, hives, digestive problems, and in some cases, anaphylaxis.

The following flavors have been recalled:
- MMM Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, 13.8 oz. packages, item UPC of 0 78314 25105 0
These products have been distributed nationally. Consumers can view product photos here.
Steps To Take
Consumers who have purchased MMM... Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may contact the company at 1-800-530-2900. Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MT.
This recall is being made with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration.
