B'Coz Bacon - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA

Turns out the Aussies love bacon just as much as Americans, and they've got the food truck to prove it. B'Coz Bacon is a mobile food venture started back in October 2015, with a menu 100% dedicated to your favorite salty pork product. Pictured here is the B.R.A.T., a 1.5-cm thick panko-crusted bacon sandwich with avocado, tomato, rocket lettuce and mayonnaise on a sourdough bread.  Served with a side of thrice-cooked fries seasoned with parmesan, herb and bacon dust. There hasn't been any sign of activity from the truck since the end of last year, but hopefully it'll make a tasty comeback sometime soon.
