Spiaggia - Chicago, Illinois

Spiaggia is not only known for being one of America's best Italian restaurants but also as one of the best restaurants in the country, period. Currently helmed by Top Chef Season 15 winner Executive Chef Joe Flamm and Chef-Partner Tony Mantuano, the restaurant boasts panoramic views of the Windy City, along with 5- and 8-course tasting menus that paint an authentic picture of refined Italian cuisine. Paired with an award-winning wine list, you're in for an incredible meal. While it's more of a "special occasion budget" kind of place, you can always order one or two dishes à la carte or dine on shared plates and handmade pastas at its more casual (aka affordable) sibling, Café Spiaggia, located on the Magnificent Mile.
