Kogi BBQ - Los Angeles, California

Launched in 2008, Kogi BBQ is one of the founding food trucks of modern times and brought with it some of the most delicious Korean-Mexican street food LA had ever tasted. Its signature creation—the Korean short rib taco—was a smashing success, made with marinated juicy meat and a tangy chili-soy vinaigrette slaw. The food truck spirit is also present in the form of a wall mural that looks pretty much just like the back of the original truck.
