Gibnut. It's very similar to chipmunk, and stewed gibnut is a traditional dish from the Caribbean nation of Belize. The Queen was served it while on a visit and apparently she found the taste similar to rabbit. Ever since, locals began calling it "The Queen's Rat" or "The Royal Rat."
