Parmesan Crusted Crushed Turnips

If you're not in the habit of eating or cooking with turnips, this recipe is sure to change that. Similar to smashed potatoes, you simply boil the turnips until tender enough to mash down into flat disks. Dust them in Parmesan, bake and top with fresh chives. Easy peasy!
