Açai Bowl with Chia Seeds

Açai berries are known for their appetite suppression qualities, not to mention they're fiber-rich and are excellent for digestion. Stir in some açai powder into your morning breakfast bowl, along with metabolism boosting chia seeds.

For this breakfast bowl, you will need:

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana (ideally frozen)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tbsp açai powder
  • Garnish: fresh fruits

Add all the ingredients (except the fresh fruits to garnish) to the blender. Mix well until smooth. Transfer the preparation to a bowl, and top with more chia seeds and fresh fruits.
