Make-Ahead Chia and Chocolate Pudding

Chia pudding is an excellent breakfast option, due to its high content of trace elements, protein and vitamins. Plus, when inflated, chia produces a feeling of satiety and combines exceptionally well with a wide variety of ingredients.

To prepare this pudding you will need:

  • 10 fl oz of almond milk
  • 3 pieces of dark chocolate (at least 70%)
  • 1-2 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt

Heat the almond milk over medium-low heat in a saucepan. Add the chocolate and cocoa powder, and stir until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly, then add the honey, chia seeds and salt. Stir well to combine, and store in the fridge overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit the next morning and enjoy.
