Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are always a good idea. This one is filled with protein-rich Greek yogurt to keep your hunger at bay, along with high-fiber oats and fresh fruit.

For this beautiful smoothie bowl, you will need

  • a handful of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • the juice of 1 orange
  • 8 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Garnishes: grated coconut, rolled oats and strawberries

Wash the strawberries, and remove the husks. Add them to a blender with the rest of the ingredients (except for the garnishes). Blend until well-combined. Transfer the preparation to a bowl, and garnish with strawberries, shredded coconut, and oats. Enjoy!
