Fruit Smoothie

Brunch is not only a time to eat but also to quench your thirst (depending on how well-watered your weekend activities have been). Prepare a refreshing fruit smoothie to replenish your calcium stores and stock your body with much-needed vitamins. For the recipe, combine 1 frozen banana, 1 1/2 cups of frozen berries and 1/4 cup almond milk in a blender. Blend until you get a relatively thick, clump-free texture. You can add ice cubes if you prefer thicker, colder smoothies, and you can easily sub other fruits in, if you prefer.

Ingredients: Banana + Berries + Almond milk
