Flank Steak just like in Spain

Flank Steak is enjoyed in Spain with Mojo Rosso, a red garlic sauce most commonly found in  Canarian food and Spanish Tapas. 

During preparation, it is important that the Flank Steak is grilled over a very hot grill (around 400? to 450?). A 2 lbs. steak should be grilled on the grate directly over the glowing charcoal for 5 mins.

Grill both sides of the meat, so the cooking time is 10 mins. in total, and serve seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper. Buen apetito!
