We'll start off with a taste of home! These grilled pork ribs are even more delicious in a spicy barbecue marinade.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
1 lbs. pork ribs
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp cognac
2 tsp paprika powder
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions:
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with the ketchup, cognac, paprika powder, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until a thick marinade is formed.
Brush the meat with half of the marinade and let sit, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Place the ribs on a hot grill and grill for 25 mins. turning and brushing with the remaining marinade.
