Bulgogi just like in Korea

In Korea, bulgogi is a beef dish also known as 'fire meat' because the meat is prepared over an open fire. The beef must be cut into very thin strips and marinated for several hours in a marinade of rice wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, pepper, and sugar. Once marinated, the beef goes on the grill for 2 mins. each side. It's best to use a grill plate if you have one.
