Turkish meat is always juicy and spicy. With this recipe, you can recreate it at home!
Ingredients (for 4 people):
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 pointed pepper
1 small bunch of parsley
1 lbs. minced beef
1 lbs. minced lamb
1 tbsp paprika powder
2 tsp salt
4 wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
Preheat grill to 400°F.
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Wash the pointed peppers, dry them, cut them in half, remove the stem and seeds, and chop finely. Wash the parsley, shake dry,and chop finely too.
Put everything in a bowl with the minced meat and spices and knead well until a uniform mixture is formed.
Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
Take a handful of meat mixture at a time and press it down around the skewers. The ends should be pressed tightly so that the meat does not fall off the skewer on to the grill.
Place on the grill for 15 mins. Turn the meat regularly.
Slide the meat off the skewer with the help of a knife and serve.
