Iced Coffee: Recipes To Sip On This Summer

Espresso Tonic

This ice cold coffee cocktail is the stuff of summer dreams! It tastes great anytime, anywhere.

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 1 tall drink glass
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup of tonic water
  • 1/4 cup espresso
  • A wedge of lemon

Instructions:

  1. Put the ice cubes in the glass, and fill with tonic water.
  2. Slowly pour the espresso over the ice cubes and tonic water. The two liquids should not mix completely. The espresso should sit on top of the tonic.
  3. Serve with a wedge of lemon and if you like, and for the ultimate summer touch, a sprig of rosemary.
