Iced Coffee: Recipes To Sip On This Summer

Greek Iced Coffee

A Greek vacation in a glass! This delicious frappé is super simple and can be whipped up in no time. Why not give it a go?

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 1 tbsp water
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (oat or almond)

Instructions:

  1. Put the instant coffee and sugar in a tall glass.
  2. Pour the water over. It should be about two fingers high in the glass.
  3. Froth with a milk frother or immersion blender, and steadily pull the froth upwards.
  4. Put the ice cubes in the glass and top up with the plant-based milk. The foam should rise to the surface.
  5. Stir with a long spoon or straw and enjoy!
