Vietnamese Style Iced Coffee

Did you know that Vietnam is a real coffee country? Hot or cold, Vietnam has the most delicious (and perhaps strongest!) coffee in the world. But don't worry, you won't have to take the next plane to Hanoi or Saigon. We've got the recipe for you:

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1/2 cup water
  • A handful of ice cubes

Good to know: If you use a Vietnamese coffee filter, you'll get a stronger result. If not, use a conventional filter, but the coffee must be strong.

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil and pour the condensed milk into a glass.
  2. Put the coffee in a filter, and place it on the glass. Then slowly pour the boiling water over it, and let it run through the milk.
  3. FInally, add the ice cubes, stir, and enjoy!
