Ham And Potato Cheese Soup

This comfy slow cooker soup recipe uses no-fuss frozen hash browns, cooked diced ham and cream cheese + a handful of other ingredients to get slurpin' good results. You don't add the cream cheese til the end, however, as it gets blended with a mixture of broth and potatoes before being added back to the soup for extra creaminess. It might be an extra step, but it's totally worth it!
