Tuscan Sausage And White Bean Ragu With Buttered Gnocchi

Here's a wow-worthy Italian dinner that takes hardly any effort to pull together. Be prepared to get your hands a little dirty, however. It starts with manually crushing the tomatoes over the crockpot and adding in the aromatics, herbs and seasonings. Then you toss in the ground Italian sausage, rolling them in bite-size balls as you go. Let that cook on low for six to eight hours, and add the kale and white beans toward the end. Serve with buttered gnocchi and dig in! Get the full recipe here.
