The cocktail is currently taking the world by storm; the Hugo Spritz. Trying to knock its cousin, Aperol Spritz, off the popularity stool, we're here for it! With elderflower notes, it's lighter with a more refined taste.
Ingredients (for 1 beverage):
1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur (St-Germain is best) or elderflower syrup
6 mint leaves
3/4 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup Prosecco
1/2 oz. sparkling water
1 slice lemon
1 slice lime
Instructions:
In a wine glass, mix the elderflower liqueur and mint leaves. Using a cocktail shaker, crush the mint leaves.
Add the ice cubes. Pour in the Prosecco and sparkling water.
