10 Refreshing Summer Cocktails for Any Occasion

Negroni Sbagliato

This drink went viral late last year when Emma Darcy of House of Dragons revealed that it's her favorite alcoholic tipple.

In Italian, sbagliato means "flawed", and the drink's creation came about in 1970s, when a bartender reached for prosecco instead of gin. A forgivable mistake that gave us this great summer drink. Deliziosa! 

Ingredients (for 1 beverage):

• 1 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
• 1 1/2 oz. Campari
• 1 1/2 oz. Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  

Instructions:

1. Prepare a spiral orange slice as decoration for the rim of the glass.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes, add vermouth, add Campari, and mix for 30 seconds.
3. Pour through strainer into glass and top with Prosecco.
4. Add decoration and serve.
