Everything You Need to Know About Foraging Mushrooms

Chestnut Mushroom Crostinis
Ingredients:
- 12 slices of ciabatta or baguette
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 1/2 cup chestnut boletes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- Salt pepper (to season)
Instructions:
- The bread slices in the preheated oven at 360°F.
- Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Clean and chop the mushrooms. Finely chop the parsley.
- Sauté onion and garlic in heated olive oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and parsley and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Arrange on the warm crostini and serve.
