Bressane Fondue

Bressane Fondue is a meat fondue which uses chicken or turkey breast as opposed to beef. 

Balance it out with a mixed salad and baby potatoes (although the latter can be fried in the fondue too if you want to make little crispy potatoes, just make sure they're clean and dried first).

The sauces mentioned in the previous slide can also be enjoyed with a Bressane Fondue.
