Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups pumpkin, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6-8 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pumpkin cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
