12 oz fresh cranberries, rinsed
1 large orange, zest and juice
½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Optional: 1 small apple, peeled and diced
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and cinnamon. If using, add the diced apple for a touch of sweetness and extra texture.
Pulse the mixture until it reaches a coarse, relish-like consistency. Avoid over-blending, as the relish should retain some texture.
