These wings bring the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and garlicky goodness to your game-day spread! Crispy baked or fried chicken wings are tossed in a sticky honey garlic glaze with a fiery kick. They’re easy to make, absolutely addictive, and sure to be the MVP of your appetizer lineup.
Ingredients (for 4-6 servings):
For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
For the Sauce:
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce (like sriracha)
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place on a baking sheet with a wire rack and bake for 40-45 min, flipping halfway.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 min.
Toss crispy wings in the sticky glaze until fully coated.
