Spicy Honey Garlic Wings

These wings bring the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and garlicky goodness to your game-day spread! Crispy baked or fried chicken wings are tossed in a sticky honey garlic glaze with a fiery kick. They’re easy to make, absolutely addictive, and sure to be the MVP of your appetizer lineup.

Ingredients (for 4-6 servings):

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

For the Sauce:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (like sriracha)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place on a baking sheet with a wire rack and bake for 40-45 min, flipping halfway.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 min.
  3. Toss crispy wings in the sticky glaze until fully coated.
  4. Serve hot with extra sauce on the side and enjoy!
