Juicy, slow-cooked pulled pork piled onto soft slider buns with a crisp, tangy coleslaw—these bite-sized sandwiches are game-day perfection. Whether made in a slow cooker or oven, they’re effortless to prepare and packed with bold, smoky flavor. Serve them up with extra BBQ sauce for the ultimate crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients (for 12 sliders):
For the Sliders:
3 lbs pork shoulder (or pork butt)
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup BBQ sauce
½ cup chicken broth
12 slider buns
For the Coleslaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage mix
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season pork with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in a slow cooker with BBQ sauce and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until tender. Shred with two forks.
In a bowl, mix cabbage, mayo, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10 min.
Pile pulled pork onto slider buns, top with coleslaw, and serve!
