Ginger

Stress is more often than not accompanied by stomach cramps. To minimize these kinds of inconveniences, you can bet on ginger. Ginger can soothe the most troubled stomach and help prevent indigestion. It can also keep the repeated belly gurgles in check during exams. Add it to a healthy stir fry, or make some delicious pumpkin pie with grated ginger.
