It's much healthier and better for your kids to spend time outdoors than be holed up inside playing video games or watching TV. Have them take advantage of the pre-winter weather while they can. Take them to the park, go on family bike rides, teach them to play sports. The more they're outside, the more Vitamin D they'll get. And the more active they are, the healthier and happier they'll be.
