Honey Cucumber Mint Sangria

This sangria is super refreshing with a combination of sliced cucumbers and mint leaves.

For this recipe, you'll need: 1 bottle of white wine, 16 1/2 ounces sparkling water, 1/4 cup honey, sliced cucumber, sliced limes and fresh mint. Mix all the ingredients together (except the sparkling water), and stir until the honey is dissolved. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Add the fresh sparkling water to serve.
