Strawberry Clementine Sangria

Strawberries and clementines come together for a sweet and sour match made in heaven.

For this recipe, you'll need: 2 liters of red wine, 1 carton of washed strawberries, 4 organic clementines, 6 1/2 tablespoons sugar, 5 ounces of rum, 13 ounces of clementine juice, and 10 ounces of sparkling water. Remove the peel from the clementines and pull out the pieces of flesh. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Place the fruits into a glass pitcher. Add all the liquid ingredients (except the sparkling water) and the sugar. Stir well and let sit for at least 2 hours. Add the fresh sparkling water when serving.
