Fig-infused White Sangria

Figs and white wine are like two peas in a pod. Add in notes of cinnamon and grape, and you've got yourself the perfect Sangria to serve with an elegant cheese platter.

For this recipe, you'll need: 1 bottle of white wine, 16 1/2 ounces sparkling water, 6 fresh figs cut in half, 1/3 cup raisins, 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar and 1 cinnamon stick. Stir all the ingredients together (except the sparkling water), and let steep for 6 to 12 hours in the fridge. Add the fresh sparkling water when serving.
