Work on your breathing techniques

It's a yoga thing, and it really works. Do this just before you fall asleep: exhale through the mouth in order to empty all the air from your lungs. Close your mouth and inhale through your nose, counting up to 4. Hold your breath and count to 7. At the count of 8 exhale quickly through the mouth. Repeat 3 times. You'll fall asleep only to share this breathing technique with your coworkers next morning.

METHOD

  2. Take the carrots and cut into thin slices.
  3. Peel the mango and slice into thin strips.
  4. Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
  6. Enjoy!
