Accras (cod fritters)

Start by crumbling cooked cod meat into a baking dish. Add 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves crushed garlic, and 1/2 bunch of finely chopped parsley. In a second bowl, mix flour, eggs, yeast and milk. Add the fish mixture and mix to combine. Heat a pot of oil and drop in spoonfuls of dough to make your fritters. Enjoy them piping hot with the dip of your choice.
