Potato wedges

Potato wedges are best when they're well seasoned and crispy on the outside. Wash your potatoes, cut into quarters, and dry. In a bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, paprika and finely chopped parsley. Add the quartered potatoes and mix, along with some olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at 370 °F. Serve with ketchup, or Sriracha mayo for a nice kick.
