Place a small glass in the center of the brioche dough, and cut 8 equal pieces around it, making sure not to cut through the center (you still want the pieces to be attached).

INGREDIENTS

  • Cream Cheese
  • Nutella
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

METHOD

  1. Mix together cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract
  2. In another bowl, whip milk to soft peaks using an electric mixer 
  3. Stir in with Nutella mixture
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream
  5. Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles
  6. Serve!
