These Mini Burgers Might Be Small, But They Sure Are Mighty!

Prepare the patties

Season the ground meat with salt and pepper and shape into mini patties that are the same size as your burger buns. Cook them in a hot frying pan with some butter. Then cut the slices of cheese into quarter; peel the cucumber and slice into circles. Once the burger buns are cooked, allow them to cool on a wire rack, and cut them in half so they are ready to be assembled.

Method

  1. Slice an avocado in half.
  2. In a bowl, combine avocado with half an onion (diced) and coriander. 
  3. Add the juice from half a lemon and some salt, and mix.
  4. Cut a sweet potato into 1/2 inch slices.
  5. Place in a toaster, making sure to toast both sides. 
  6. Spread the avocado mix onto the toast. Enjoy!
