McDonald's Big Breakfast

We recommend a hardcore post-meal workout, if you're chowing down on this supreme breakfast platter from Mickey D's. They've actually removed this item from UK McDonald's menus, but it's still available in the motherland. Composed of scrambled eggs (made with two eggs), 3 pancakes with maple syrup (optional), 1 grilled pork sausage patty, 1 buttermilk biscuit, 1 hash brown, 1 pat of butter, 1 packet of jelly, plus salt and pepper for seasoning, this is more worthy of the title "brunch," as it should count for two meals instead of one.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
