Burritos are one of the most satisfying foods out there, and they've practically surpassed burgers in terms of popularity. Traditional Mexican recipes typically stick to beef and refried beans for the fillings, while Americanized burritos bulk things up with rice, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream and other veggies. Neither version is particularly healthy, however. A beef and bean burrito contains about 550 calories and 22 grams of fat. But most Mexican restaurants serve it with some rice and beans on the side, plus unlimited chips and salsa. On the other hand, a single chicken burrito from Chipotle (with salsa, lettuce, cheese, guac, sour cream, rice and beans) contains 1,280 calories and 60.5 grams of fat. Take your pick...
