Of course Illinois is the home of the original Chicago Style hot dog. Get the best Chicago style hot dog at one of the original stands, Superdawgs. Opened in 1948, this drive-by hot dog stand hasn't changed its methods much and is the go-to for many Chicagoans (and Illinoisans since its opening of a second location in Wheeling). Get the namesake Superdawg, their exclusive pure-beef hot dog on a poppy seed bun with the classic Chicago fixings: mustard, chopped white onions, sweet pick relish, dill pickle, tomatoes, and peppers. Do not ever ask for ketchup, and be sure to get their fries and a chocolate shake!

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
- Enjoy!
