The Handsome Biscuit is a bit of a departure from the classic biscuits and gravy we all know and love, but the concept is just as delicious. Here, they make loaded sweet potato biscuit sandwiches and serve them up with a handful of sides (hash brown krisp with melted onions, Dijon potato salad, bacon, coleslaw, etc.). A wide variety of sandwich choices are available, including the "Hella Fitzgerald" (pictured here): house biscuit with fried chicken, bacon, cheddar and red eye sausage gravy.
